As posted by Dave in the committee meeting minutes we have invited the Exeter GW staff to come along to the club for some gaming. this has a two fold purpose, firstly it means they will ALL have attended the club and seen what we are about, and generally how awesome we are, and secondly possibly give us a chance of beating someone. Saying this i left it upto them to decide which game system they would like to play and they have picked 40k. they will be coming down on Wednesday the 3rd of February with 1500 point armies. we are therefore looking for 3 players willing to take up the challenge and take them on. it would also obviously be good if as many club members as possible were there on the night to really show how big a club we are

The Big Server Overhaul

The server and service are due some maintance loving soon, so when my connection is stablised I will be updating the server OS from the venerable Ubuntu server 8.04 to 9.10 in prep for the launch of 10.4 in april.
At that time I will be upgrading the mainsite and also the gallery and forum software, mainly for security.
There may be cake.

The PC and Console games forum has gone live!

Athough not really Rygas business, enough of us play the various things that I felt it was better to seperate it out
